Sapphire 2025 – Character Art & Experience
Bringing human presence into digital environments is one of the most ambitious challenges in design. For Sapphire 2025 in Orlando and Barcelona, we created a cast of lifelike characters that became part of the event’s identity — welcoming visitors across screens, in the opening video, and through interactive moments.
The result was an experience where technology and artistry met to engage audiences on a more human level.
This project was created as part of my role at TSC, The Storytelling Company. It is shared here for portfolio purposes, with full respect to the ownership rights of the original client.

We developed six distinct personas, each representing a different C-level role supported by SAP’s offering.
As customers engaged with the interactive experience, they were matched with one of these personas, guiding them through a personalized journey.

The six personas were crafted in Unreal Engine 5, combining MetaHuman technology and photogrammetry to give each character its own distinct personality and traits.
To bring them to life, we used a blend of high-level motion capture and carefully refined manual animation.
